Commemorative plaque of Emperor FJI for the ceremonial opening of the Land House in 1878.

The commemorative plaque is in the entrance hall from Česká Street. It is of polished black granite with an engraved gilt inscription, set vertically in a stucco frame. The slab was probably covered with plaster after 1918 and was restored after 1989. Until 2014, it was not known that a box with period documents was inserted diagonally into the wall below it.

Today, the building houses the Constitutional Court.
