The village of Daskabát is located along the road from Olomouc to Lipník nad Bečvou, on the last slopes of the Oder Hills in the former Olomouc district.

Translation of the letter of the mayor of the village with a request to the emperor for the permission of the text on the memorial plaque in the chapel.

V kapli té má býti umístěná pamětní deska z nápisem, za jakým účelem zbudováno jest.
The inscription should be:

To the honor and praise of God
in memory
60-year reign
Emperor and King Francis Joseph I.
Built this chapel in 1908
at the expense of the municipality and from donations.
