The photo of the commemorative plaque comes from a set of commemorative sheets issued by the District Union of Military Veterans No. 13 in Jablonec nad Nisou on the occasion of the 80th birthday of Emperor FJI. in 1901.

The commemorative sheets are stored in SOka Jablonec nad Nisou under NAD 203.

The memorial plaque commemorates the visit of Emperor FJI and Archduke Ferdinand Karl on June 24, 1906 in Jablonec nad Nisou.

The original location of the commemorative plaque was in the vestibule of the Jabloneck shooting range of the c. and k. rifle corps. The plaque was made by the sculptor Anton Thorsch and bore the inscription:

In lasting memory of the Supreme Presence of His Majesty Emperor Francis Joseph I and Archduke Ferdinand Karl at the Imperial Ceremonial Firing on 24 June 1906.

The unveiling of the memory board took place at the closing ceremony of the summer shooting in 1907. There was an article about it in the newspaper Gablonzer Tagblatt, published on 3 November 1907
