               Jubilee set

Javorník (German: Jawornik) is a village in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí in the Pardubice region, approximately 7.5 km south of Vysoké Mýt and 12 km west of Litomyšl. Javorník is located in Svitavská pahorkatina, in the Blahovské porok valley on the southwestern border of the district, near the border with Svitavy district.

We learn from the school chronicle that an orchard was planted to honor the 60-year reign of Francis Joseph I. "Established on April 10 to commemorate the 60-year reign of His Majesty the Emperor and King Francis Joseph I. Jubilee garden on the hillside opposite the school building. The ceremony was held in the presence of representatives of the villages of Javorník, Suché Lhoty, Vysoké. The head teacher explained the meaning of the celebration in an appropriate speech, and the children then planted 6 walnuts, 4 cherries, 6 apple trees and 1 linden tree in the middle. Orchard surrounded by 16 birches.'
