There is a WW1 memorial in the park at the roundabout, but it is a remodeled monument to Emperor FJI.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Rous\u00ednov (originally Nov\u00fd Rous\u00ednov, German: Neuraussnitz) is a town in the Vy\u0161kov district in the South Moravian Region, 12 km southwest of Vy\u0161kov on the right bank of the Rakovce stream on the state road from Brno to Olomouc.<\/p>\n

Behind the \"town\" on the way to Kr\u00e1lovopolsk\u00e9 V\u00e1zan, a cemetery was established in 1706, which was expanded in 1880. Next to the cemetery, a park was established in 1888, the so-called \"Libosady of Franti\u0161ek Josef I.\" On August 20, 1899, it was unveiled to him a monument designed by Jan Tomola, which was changed in 1920 to a monument to the victims of the First World War. During this change, the relief of the emperor was removed from the monument, which was replaced on the side from the road by a plaque with the inscription \"Victim of the World War 1914 - 1918\" and on the other three sides with plaques with the names of the fallen. The monument was edited by the stone sculptor Emil Skaln\u00edk, a native of Rous\u00edn.<\/p>\n

When arriving in Rous\u00ednov from the highway, a miniature statue of Liberty stands in the middle of the roundabout in front of the industrial zone as a corporate trailer. Interestingly.<\/p>\n
